Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to DHAKER HEALTH EDUCATION AND WELLNESS ASSOCIATION, operating under Madhur Hospital.

1. Appointment Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting Madhur Hospital in advance. Patients are advised to inform us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

2. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees once paid are non-refundable. If an appointment is cancelled by the hospital or doctor, the amount may be refunded or adjusted against a future appointment.

3. Treatment & Procedure Charges

Payments made for treatments, diagnostic tests, or medical procedures are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Any transaction or payment gateway charges deducted by the payment service provider are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.

6. No-Show Policy

If a patient fails to attend the appointment without prior notice, no refund shall be provided.

7. Policy Modifications

DHAKER HEALTH EDUCATION AND WELLNESS ASSOCIATION reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
